The hotel itself was incredibly clean and everything else was perfect. The other staff members were all so kind and helpful. However, I had a very frustrating experience with a female staff member working on Saturday afternoon (an African American woman). When I asked her something, she just stared blankly at me or just saying "What?", pretending not to understand. I honestly thought she just couldn't speak English well at first. But when my husband asked the exact same things, she understood perfectly and answered him. I couldn't tell if she was being intentionally racist or if she was high on the job, but her behavior was completely unacceptable. Except for her, everything was great, but management seriously needs to look into this staff member's behavior.

We love this place! We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always 5 stars! Truly dog friendly hotel. Comfy beds with hypoallergenic blankets. Perfect
