The Space:

Two bedrooms, five guests, and a building that brings the coast right to your threshold.



Living space

Generous windows flood the open-plan living area with natural light throughout the day, spilling onto a wide balcony framed by panoramic sea views. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the apartment comfortable through Cartagena's warm climate, while the TV and ample seating give the group a spot to settle in together. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi ensure anyone who needs to stay connected can do so without giving up comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms sleep up to five guests across three beds - two queen-size beds and a single bed. Fresh bed linens are provided, and each room includes clothing storage with a closet and dresser. Two and a half bathrooms serve the apartment, adding genuine ease for groups and families moving through their daily routines.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is set up for proper home cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster all at hand, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table brings everyone together, and coffee is provided to get the day started. Washer and dryer access keeps longer trips simple - long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Outdoor living

Step onto the balcony and the private gas BBQ grill is ready, with barbecue utensils provided and the sea spread out ahead of you. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. A kayak is available for guests who want to get out on the water directly.



Shared facilities

Calablanca Residences offers a shared outdoor pool available year-round during specific hours, shared beach access complete with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas, a shared gym in the building, and a pool table and ping pong table for quieter days. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.



Convenience and services

Free parking is available in an on-site garage, and an elevator provides easy access to the apartment. Building staff are on hand 24 hours a day, and self check-in makes arrival straightforward whenever you land. Luggage drop-off is permitted for guests with early arrivals or late departures. Smoking is allowed on the property. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.
