โข Please moderate noise - including television volume and conversations - especially later in the evening
โข There is a $100 Disturbance Fee (imposed by the apartment complex) that will be passed on to the guest if violated
โข Repeated noise disturbances may result in additional fines or eviction
โข Noise Monitors are in each unit

โข Dispose of all trash in the dumpster in the parking garage
โข Only put TIED BAGS in the dumpster
โข DO NOT leave trash in hallways, balconies, or common areas
โข Violation of these guidelines will result in a fine imposed by the apartment complex of $100

โข Units are screened for damage before each new arrival
โข Please report any damage or dissatisfaction the day of check in - we are very quick to accommodate and document
