Apt as described and pics are accurate. Clean. Cute. Good linens. Kitchen has basic supplies. We ate out. Location is great. Lots food, groc, bars close by and easy access to trains to get around. It’s NYC sized apt (as expected) with a very functional layout. 3 adults worked fine. Front bedroom is on 1st Ave so if you are sensitive to noise or new to NYC bring ear plugs. I always use an eye mask as well. AC worked great. Instructions were super with videos on how to checkin. Host was very proactive and responsive. Three suggestions for better experience - 1) a little coffee and filters for the first morning (we arrived very late) and 2) front room bed needs some TLC. It sinks in the middle making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3) info provided on where the fees will be charged. I canceled my cc bc I thought it was fraud. Was able to sort it out but kinda a pain to have to change my card. Would definitely consider staying again if the bed is addressed. It’s a great alternative to hotel.

Location was great. Very clean. Lots of plastic plants. Constant music vibration beginning early afternoon and continuing until morning. So constant. Otherwise it was good.

Perfect setup for 4 on a business/ pleasure trip. The place was spotless and communication with host was prompt and very helpful. We definitely hope to stay here again next year! Thanks Theo!!!

The place is nice (basic but that's ok) but a few things of note. While the host was initially helpful we asked for a late check out for our final day. The host would not even bother to check if someone else was going to be in the unit and if it had to be cleaned that day (we left on a Monday so there was a reasonable chance no one was checking in right away). Nevertheless he just dismissed our request without even checking. That was disappointing as it was just lazy. Security isn't great. The front door to the street was often ajar as it would not close unless slammed. Later the door was broken leaving it easy to open. Stairs are missing railings which would not be good for someone older.
