A characterful 2-bedroom Regency apartment in a fantastic location, just minutes on foot from desirable Montpellier, with its chic bars, cosy cafés, independent restaurants, boutiques and beautiful gardens – home to Cheltenham’s famous Jazz & Literature Festivals.
With 2 bathrooms, allocated parking and plenty of room to relax, it’s a lovely home from home – and a great base for exploring Cheltenham and the nearby Cotswold villages.
Set on the first floor of a beautiful Regency building, this welcoming apartment has generous living space and a brilliant location for making the most of glorious Cheltenham.
The fabulous living room with its grand proportions, sash windows and high ceilings is a lovely place to relax, while the large, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for breakfast before heading out, a quiet night in or a longer stay.
There are two bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and the other with a double – along with a main bathroom and separate en-suite. Both bathrooms have recently been refreshed and updated.
The apartment works equally well for couples, friends and families, and a travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. There’s also a cupboard with toys and games.
Location is a real highlight. As well as being just a few minutes’ walk from Montpellier and the town centre, the apartment is on Bath Road – a real local favourite, full of independent shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, including some of our favourite spots in Cheltenham for breakfast, coffee & cake!
You can park up and explore much of Cheltenham on foot, while the nearby Cotswold villages are easily reached by car. Beautiful places such as Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway make lovely days out.
There’s an allocated parking space within the private, gated car park – a real bonus in central Cheltenham.
This is a much-loved home rather than a purpose-built holiday let, so you’ll notice some of the owner’s personal touches and belongings around the apartment – part of what gives it its warm, lived-in feel.
