The Space:

Bayside Breeze Retreat is a comfortable and spacious three-bedroom beach house offering an easy base for a Mornington Peninsula escape. Just a short stroll from Rye’s bayside beach, shops, cafés and restaurants, everything you need is within easy reach for a laid-back coastal holiday.



Inside, the home is set up for families and small groups, with two queen bedrooms, a third bedroom with bunk beds, and a single sofa bed providing flexible sleeping options. The open-plan living area features a large 75-inch smart TV, perfect for relaxed movie nights after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher and air fryer, making cooking at home simple.



The home has one bathroom with a shower, along with a laundry fitted with a washing machine. A dryer is also available in the games room. WiFi is available throughout the property.



Outdoors, there’s a BBQ and entertaining area ready for long summer lunches and evening drinks, while the large open lawn offers plenty of space for kids to play or a casual game of cricket or footy.



The double garage has been converted into a games zone with a table tennis table, perfect for a friendly competition after a day at the beach.

Local wineries and breweries are also within a 15–20 minute drive for tastings and cellar doors.
