A perfect wee villa situated in a less touristy part of the island. Maxine and Simon were wonderful hosts and the villa is beautiful. All the amenities you could want, two refreshing pools, a charcoal BBQ, a table tennis table and a lovely cat.

Everything about the villa is beautiful and has everything could need. The 2 pools are stunning, with plenty of comfy sun beds - the rooms are also so comfy and has everything from adaptors to hair dryers. The beach nearby is about a 20 minute walk which has a perfect mix of restaurants and quiet spots for swimming. Maxine and Simon were lovely hosts and even gave us a lift down the hill with our heavy bags on the last day! I absolutely recommend to anyone :)
If you don’t have a car, the walk back to the villa from town can feel a bit long - but we personally didn’t mind (and it’s a walk with beautiful views!)

Absolutely loved this villa- there were 2 families and 8 of us in total. The space was brilliant- so much room for everyone to chill out. Having 2 pools was fantastic - the day bed round the side pool was used a lot by the teenagers. Loved also being able to go into the pool at night and switch on the lights which are timed so switch themselves off after an hour. No keys either as a passcode to get in which meant we could split up and not worry about keys etc. House very secure with large electric wooden gates for entry and exit.
Every room had its own bathroom. The main bedroom had a fabulous balcony with lovely see views. This bedroom also had a big tv over the bed with Netflix etc. Each bedroom has its own unique features and everyone loved their room- most had a sofa in or outside if not.
Air conditioning great in all rooms to keep you cool.
Simon- one of the owners is a tech whizz so lots of tech features in this house which was cool such as blinds shut themselves and an Amazon screen in kitchen which can access most things- also a huge portable speaker which you can tune your phone to. Voice activated lights etc too if you want to use.
The house has so many interesting things to look at and games and books.
The kitchen was spacious with a great coffee machine/ big fridge and freezer. Cupboards had the essentials in and we were given a lovely welcome pack of drinks- bread milk etc which was very thoughtful. Dishwasher and washing machine also a bonus.
The only thing to think about is the distance to the towns- Arillas is a 20-25 minute walk - as we mainly went out in the evenings for dinner this was fine. It’s a hilly walk back up but kept us fit and the teenagers didn’t moan actually! In the heat it’s a bit harder but still manageablle if you take your time.
San Stefanos also about the same the other direction. It’s great as in between 2 small towns. Great bio supermarket about 8-9 mins walk away.,
Car hire is available locally and Maxine one of the owners helped us out as we forgot our license and gave us a couple of lifts as.she was nearby which was really kind and much appreciated. Maxine was ahways on hand by text or phone to help with anything we needed which was great.

Location meravigliosa, con tutti i comfort. Abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica all'insegna della tranquillità e del relax. Proprietari di casa super accoglienti, gentili e disponibili. Consiglio questa villa a chi è alla ricerca di una vacanza da non dimenticare.
