The rooms were clean and hygienic and reasonably situated to get to the town centre either by walk or bus.
Communication, from booking as I wanted to know about the parking situation, and then after the payment (a few days before) better communication on access. As I had to email / message a couple of hours out from arrival. We had booked for 3 people, but not enough towels, although they did bring some pretty quickly after I had requested them.

good location, clean.
the property is not suitable for 4 adults as advertised. the futon that is supplied as a 2nd bed is only suitable for a small child. we had to put the chair at the end one side and the coffee table the other to be able to lay down to sleep, very bad nights sleep.
Parking access and location needs to be made clearer.
No hot water in kitchen and bathroom sink.
