La casa è nuova, ristrutturata da poco, ordinata e pulita . La posizione è favolosa, direttamente sul mare ove ammirare suggestivi tramonti caraibici. È situata in un luogo tranquillo e silenzioso ma al tempo stesso vicino ai supermercati e alle spiagge più belle, direi in un punto veramente strategico.
L’host è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste, molto attento.

Sunsetville was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, clean, and perfectly located between Savannah Sound and Tarpum Bay. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere was relaxing and private. The home had everything we needed, and you can tell a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Eleuthera.
Honestly, there wasn’t much that I didn’t enjoy about my stay.

The location is spectacular.
The place is new/recently renovated
Extremely poor communication on the owners part:
We didn’t get check in information even after 3:00pm on check in date and because of that we had to make 2 long distance calls to booking.com in Europe( owner did compensate us for this). The wrong GPS coordinates were given, the wrong phone number was given. You can imagine how stressful this was when you first arrive on holiday.
Basically, we only found the place by driving
around as there was a sign out front.
The owners problems with the Booking platform need to be sorted out, before he rents it again.
We also had an extended power outage the entire last day. Also, very poor water pressure in shower and the sink.
