Our host was fantastic. We missed a train and came in a little later. She quickly let us know she would pick us up and take us to the property. Like others have said it’s a climb to get to house. But the view is worth it. They have night buses to help take you up or you can taxi. We also saw signs to rent a Vespa. The train station is close by so if you want to travel in or out it’s easy. I loved having a washer at the property. We even cooked one night and ate on the porch since the view is so nice. When it was time to check our host took us to the train station with our bags. Amazing place and the best city to stay on Lake Como.

The property was a lot more modern than the pictures represented. A great property, great facilities and amazing views. Very spacious throughout.
Bit of a climb to get back to the property after visiting town but you wouldn’t get the breathtaking views without it. Was very doable though and there is a free night bus up if needed.

Our stay at Lake Como was nothing short of perfection, and that is largely thanks to our amazing host, Luisa! Right from her very first 'Allora, Allora!'—a line that became a fond running joke throughout our trip—she made us feel completely welcome.
Her communication was brilliant from start to finish. She went completely above and beyond by picking us up directly from the airport, dropping us off for our return, and even helping us out with grocery shopping to get us settled! The accommodation itself is fantastic, offering unbeatable views over the lake. Getting into town is super easy, and taking advantage of the free local night bus back to the property saved us from walking up the steep hills after dinner. Waking up to those views every morning was unforgettable. Thank you so much, Luisa!
