Not bad
I just like the facilities
The location is not good.
There are a lot of cockroaches 🪳, and I have a phobia of them. The security doesn't understand when I talk or explain. So far from the city.
The furniture is easily damaged. I was so careful.
The garbage is so far too.

Une mauvaise expérience
À notre arrivée dans le logement, nous avons immédiatement constaté que le ménage n’avait manifestement pas été effectué. Nous avons notamment retrouvé plusieurs cafards morts dans l’appartement, de la nourriture sous les lits et sous le canapé, ainsi qu’une quantité très importante de poussière. Ces éléments nous ont également fait douter du changement des draps avant notre arrivée.
La salle de bain était également dans un état de propreté très insuffisant : du papier toilette séché était présent sur le sol et, de manière générale, la pièce ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyée avant notre arrivée.
Nous avons immédiatement contacté le propriétaire afin de lui signaler la situation. Celui-ci s’est montré désolé et nous a proposé de faire intervenir une femme de ménage le lendemain. Nous avons décliné cette proposition, car nous ne pouvions pas envisager de passer la nuit dans ces conditions et avions déjà dû effectuer nous-mêmes une partie du nettoyage afin de pouvoir utiliser le logement.
Le propriétaire nous a également proposé un départ tardif (« late check-out »), proposition que nous avons refusée car celle-ci ne correspondait pas à nos besoins.
Par la suite, nous avons voulu utiliser la machine à laver mise à notre disposition dans le logement. Celle-ci s’est révélée défectueuse et a provoqué une importante fuite, entraînant l’inondation de la cuisine. Nous avons de nouveau immédiatement informé le propriétaire de cet incident.
le lendemain matin, nous avons constaté la présence de nouveaux cafards vivants dans l’appartement. Considérant que les conditions d’hygiène et de salubrité du logement étaient inacceptables et que nous ne pouvions pas continuer à y séjourner, nous avons pris la décision de quitter les lieux.
