Management was above and beyond expectations.

A great location, just one road back from a main street. Lots of restaurants / convenience stores nearby.
There's an Outback Steakhouse just down the road ... if you feel like western food ! (on first floor).
Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Great wifi and a desk & fridge in your room. You can use a communal kitchen. If your room is on the 3rd floor (mine was), you can leave a bag downstairs in the kitchen, saves lugging it up the stairs !
Mina your host is lovely - lots of recommendations, if you want them !
Perfectly suited between Domestic and International airports - Uber from International was $30 Oz, and about the same to go into the middle of the city. If you are joining a tour in the city centre at peak hour, allow two hours (or more) ... should only be 45 minutes - but hideous traffic !

The owner Mina was a really kind, warm and caring person! We had a good talk, she helped me out on my room and was a fun person to talk to overall. Mina recommended me some places in Incheon I should visit (and I did), they were so great!
The room is clean and felt new. Bedsheets are clean and really cozy.
Also great for shower lovers - shampoo, hair care and body wash that smell good. A new and fresh towel and a hair dryer so good, I could even forget I used it.
Location is also really good - near a metro station for two lines and a mall above it. Several 24/7 fast food chains if you get hungry in the night.
Soundproofing in the rooms are good, you wouldn’t hear anything that’s happening in other rooms
Sometimes because of the location, it can get pretty loud with an open window, but you can always close it and the noise will reduce
