Excellent 3 bedroom villa. Kitchen perfectly equipped even for advanced cooking. Hot water available quickly. Very comfortable public area, many outdoor areas. Very clean, cleaned every 2nd day. Bath and beach towels provided. Washing machine and dishwasher included. 2 bathrooms. AC in all rooms and public area works perfectly. Really nothing missing.
It would be a perfect villa if they added a pool....In terms of walking, it is very close, 10 minutes into the heart of Gaios, but the walk uphill is steep.... we usually took the car.

La villa sorge appena fuori da Gaios in posizione dominante con vista sul paese e sul mare. E' su due piani con tre camere da letto matrimoniali che garantiscono la giusta privacy agli ospiti. C'è un giardino con ben tre salottini e un grande tavolo dove mangiare all'aperto e un ulteriore terrazzo al primo piano con salottino. E' pulitissima e splendidamente arredata. La cucina è completa di ogni accessorio (perfino la Moka!). Ci sono zanzariere a tutte le finestre che si aprono con facilità.
