Location was great. Key box easy to find to access the property. People with mobility issues might struggle to get suitcases up a flight of stairs so be aware of that.

The property was well appointed

The apartment was well located for our stay, easy access to public transport and close to shops. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we required for our five night stay. As we did not get into Melbourne until later in the evening we appreciated the milk in the fridge and the array of snacks in a basket on our arrival. The wall heater was efficient at keeping the apartment warm. Owners communication was excellent and entry keys easy to find. The apartment was generally quiet.
One of our days it was very windy and the windows rattled.

Property is very clean and well equipped. Facilities are great and location is superb, just 200m walking distance to tram stop.
