Nice and quiet area, modern property, clear instructions on how to get in etc, good communication, handy for the NEC as only 15 mins away. Comfy beds!
The shower in the en-suite is electric and so the temperature was very temperamental and the mirrored cabinet above the sink was too big which made the sink unusable for brushing teeth or washing face. The cabinet in the main bathroom was broken. Considering it sleeps 13, there wasn’t enough room to sit in the living room, another sofa is needed really or some bean bags at least. The curtains in the downstairs bedroom were not long enough so part of the window was uncovered at night, as this room is ground floor and on the front this is not really ideal.
A few easy fixes and the property would really benefit!
