All staff including Miss Oil and the lovely housekeeper were so helpful and nice. The room was extremely clean and new, the bed was firm and comfortable, the linens were very clean, and as there is staff always on site even at night, as a solo traveller I felt very safe. The staff felt honest and I felt comfortable leaving my items in the room.
My only complaint would be there's a shop underneath that sometimes played loud music under my room, but that's not really the hotels fault. Miss Oil and the owner tried their best to get them to turn it down.
