The house was nice and clean. It was in a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. You can't hear any traffic and you don't see any city lights at night but somehow, it's only a couple of miles from downtown. The neighbors were very welcoming and friendly.
The communication with the property owner was awful. I requested a late check-out 3 times and never got a response. We were there on business and work into the early hours of the morning so I asked for a 1 pm check-out. on the day of check-out, I received an email at 9:19 am informing me that check-out was at 11:00 am. We didn't have to be to our next job until 3:30 pm and went to bed at 4:00 am. That gave us 7 hours to sleep, wake up, pack up and get out. Then we had to burn 4.5 hours before our first job. It would have been nice to be able to prepare for this or to even know this in advance so we could book with someone more accommodating.

Clean, nice, safe, quiet area
No bars or seat in the tub for handicapped guests, or maybe there are properties that are handicapped accessible, I forgot to request it when I booked. This was our first time staying in this type of rental and not seeing any property employee.

The host has it set up very nicely. The beds are very cushiony. The kitchen has ALL the supplies. The bathroom is large. It is quiet at night.
Neighborhood felt a little run down with unkept lawns, but duplex neighbors said hi when we arrived.

Close to where we needed to be. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was roomy and clean.
Only two seats and an ottoman in living room. Not enough room for 4 guests. This was probably an oversight but no washing pods for clothes. We were without air but it was fixed in a reasonable time frame.
