Excellent location close to the beach, pier and all facilities. Extremely beautiful and modern with all appliances. Very clean and good interior design. Fantastic shower room, bedroom and open planned kitchen diner lounge were very nice too. Hi tech kitchen. All crockery pans etc were supplied throughout the apartment including nice toiletries.
A gas cooker would have been our preference and not an induction cooker. The bed could have been better. It was an extremely hot night thus very difficult to sleep. Air conditioning or a few electric fans would have been extremely appreciated and a God send. Apart from that overall excellent.

Super clean, great shower. Free street parking. The property was well decorated throughout with a real attention to small details that made it feel comfortable and homely.
The front door had an electronic lock which although is a great idea and reduces the risk of keys being lost, it was a tad tricky to lock and was somewhat temporal at times.
At one point it took some 15 minutes to get it to lock. Maybe this could be remedied with a handle on the door enabling one to pull the door closed firmly so the lock mechanism can activate and lock.
Nevertheless, this was an ideal breaker as it really is a great venue.

Gorgeous little apartment! Super clean, well appointed and comfortable. Easy to wander into town or down to the sea. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Some noise overnight from other people's doors, but nothing major and very much to be expected in an apartment building on a Saturday night!

Apartment was clean...dishwasher, washing machine, toiletries. Some coffee sachets, tea bags etc.
Plenty of plug sockets.
The mattress in the main bedroom was comfy.
Mainly....this isnt a wheelchair accessible property. She needs to remove that claim. First off : if you was in a wheelchair you would be able to access the electrical pad to input code. So, straight away..no good.
Then : a step into the walk in shower that didn't have any grab rails, no slip mat. Toilet was too low, again no grab handles.
Not sure how someone in a wheelchair would get onto the bed...climb on from the bottom ?
The inbuilt Microwave is too high.
No mirror in bedroom, rhe one in the front room would be too high. Also mirror in bathroom too high and far away from sink.
Loose rug in front room is a trip hazard.
Coffee jar had very old sticky coffee granules that needed cleaning out.
Only 3 mugs , the 4th " mug" was actually a milk jug.
It doesn't have a terrace, its a courtyard. You have to leave the flat to get to it.
Major issue.....the sofabed. I thought people were just complaing for the sake of it. How wrong I was. Apparently its new ( according to owner since January ). But it is an absolute joke to sit on let alone sleep on it. Its a narrow room so limited to size of it. No mattress on it,what you see is what you get. You can feel all the metal frame through the seat. I did try using all the spare blankets the second night, no real difference.
It wouldn't of made a difference as the 2nd night, the upstairs were extremely noisy. It started at 10.30pm, then again at 4.30am and then at 7 30am.
We didn't stop the extra night as landlord couldn't offer any other suggestion than the blankets.
Also...the extractor fan in bathroom needed cleaning
