Location. Everything is in walking distance. The bed is comfy
The staff is texting in bulgarian and I think that is kinda rude, but otherwise it led to a rather awkward moment. I translated their text about check-in with AI which got it all wrong so I tried to open a different apartment door in the building, AND after finding the right one, I tried to open the wrong room door in our apartment. This could be solved if the instructions came in english so there are no misunderstandings..

Афігенна локація,до парку приморського 5 хв ходьби,а там в до моря! В приміщенні був кондиціонер,що ж величезним плюсом!
Поскрипували ручки дверні і трошки паркет, це не є критичним, просто факт

Lokalita je perfektní, 3 minuty od pláže. Ubytování bylo čisté, hezky vybavené. Koupelna byla nová, hezky udělaná a její součástí byla i sušička.
Velké plus bylo, že paní hostitelka uměla Česky.
Vesměs není co vytknout. Pokoj by mohl možná být vybaven pár příbory.

Simple, functional room, all you need and a small extra, a sweet, a coffee, a tea.
Need for better communication about sharing the appartment with others (separate bookings per room), to avoid surprises and waiting the others to open the door.
Bad smell in the barthroom.
Bed sheets with stains.
