Lovely van and site. Perfect for our family. Very well situated for the coast also.

Staff at the office were lovely and helpful. Staff at the clubhouse were so nice. Owner replied to messages promptly. Lovely caravan, had all that we needed and having two toilets was an advantage. Sofa was comfy and beds.
Had trouble closing the patio doors. Think they warped in the heat.

Ashcroft is a lovely, well equipped static caravan on a small well kept site. We had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beds come with all linens. There's a small pool and Bar on site which we didn't use but they looked equally well maintained.
Nothing we didn't like.

Very comfortable living room. Nice environment. Adequate kitchen. Good shower.
No towels provided which was not made clear in listing , and is odd since bed linen was. Single beds very narrow, only suitable for children. Tv reception vey poor. No WiFi. No info in property.
