The communication with the owner was amazing and could be reached anytime. The apartment is nice, very close to the Wembley stadium and metro station.
Some places could be a bit cleaner.

Loved the location, travelled to see Bruno Mars at Wembley Stadium; easy walking distance, managed to squeeze in some retail therapy too! Apartment clean, tidy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including parking!
Area looked questionable but we had absolutely no issues.

The apartment is located a bit farther from the city center, but thanks to the Underground, getting into the city was quick and convenient. There is also a very good grocery store just a short walk away, which was extremely useful during our stay.
The apartment overlooks a quiet inner courtyard, making it peaceful and relaxing. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the balcony was a great bonus.
Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. She was friendly, responsive, and very helpful in assisting us with the few issues we encountered. While there were several areas that could be improved, the owner's good communication and willingness to assist made our stay more comfortable.
The main issue was the level of cleanliness upon arrival. It appeared that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned after the previous guests. We found cigarette butts on the balcony, hair on the sofa bed when we unfolded it for our children, and dirty towels left inside the washing machine. Unfortunately, these details immediately affected our perception of the apartment's cleanliness at the start of our stay.
The kitchen also felt somewhat dated and could benefit from renovation or modernization.
As a suggestion for improvement, it would be helpful to provide at least one chair and a small bedside table or drawer in the bedroom, as the room currently lacks basic furniture for comfort and convenience.
While the apartment can technically accommodate four people, we found it somewhat cramped for a family of that size. With better furnishings and improved attention to cleanliness, the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced.
