best apartment possible, great location still quiet, communication easy (very friendly and owner waited for me as i arrived late), i liked the 2 floors (kitchen/living room down, sleeping/bathroom up), AC perfect. Will return!

An incredible place to stay! The apartment was way bigger than I thought it would be, with two bathrooms, a large bedroom and a big downstairs kitchen/lounge area. Extremely clean, and it has everything you could possibly need. Very easy to get to the accommodation from the airport, and there were great restaurants nearby. Nicola was such an attentive, kind and friendly host - highly recommend everyone staying here.
Nothing - it was 10/10.

Merci Nicola pour votre disponibilité, l’appartement est très bien situé au calme au bord d’un canal. Place avec une coop à 5mn à pieds, proche du pont du rialto. L’appartement est très confortable, agréable d’avoir la chambre à l’étage, literie de qualité ! Je recommande

This is a wonderful apartment situated right in the heart of Venice. Despite its central location, it is tucked away in a very quiet alleyway, offering peaceful surroundings while maintaining easy access to all the main sights. A supermarket is just a four-minute walk away, and you’ll find lovely cafes, restaurants, and a Vaporetto stop all within a two-minute stroll.
The apartment is equipped with everything one might need and is very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully functional, and the bed and mattress are excellent, providing a great night's sleep. Everything feels brand new, as the property only opened in February 2026.
If I were to suggest any minor improvements, a small shelf in the shower would be a fantastic addition; having to place shampoo bottles on the floor is a bit inconvenient. The addition of a kettle would also be a lovely touch.
Otherwise, the apartment has everything required for a comfortable stay, even for longer periods. Nicola is a superb host—always ready to help, quick to answer any questions, and happy to provide local recommendations. Our interaction was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend staying here.
