Our group of girls stayed at this property for three nights. The apartment is genuinely spacious and has everything listed in the description, as well as a private terrace and a well-maintained courtyard with free access to the swimming pool and sun loungers (please note that additional towels for the sun loungers are not provided, so you need to bring your own).
The location is also fantastic: just a 5-minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the shopping centre, and 20 minutes to the Old Town. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and a pharmacy nearby. The concierge at the entrance is available 24/7. The apartment manager responded fairly quickly to all our questions
Unfortunately, the biggest downside of the apartment is that it is in need of renovation. It has clearly been used extensively, and many things are quite heavily worn out.
There is a dishwasher, but there was some unpleasant, foul-smelling water sitting at the bottom, so we were afraid to use it. Most likely, the filter is clogged and the dirty water has nowhere to drain.
The kitchen tap works, but it is extremely loose and wobbles in every direction, almost like a manual gear stick in a car.
The iron worked, but it had clearly been dropped many times and looked terrible, same as the stained ironing board.
The bed linen had obviously been washed, but it had old stains that could no longer be removed.
In one of the bathrooms, the tap was constantly leaking water onto the floor.
Also, when we arrived, there was no hot water. We reported the issue in the morning, and a technician fixed the boiler in the evening. However, during that time, we had to take cold showers twice.
