Perfect location in authentic street of the town, room is very well equipped with everything needed. Door and window are protected. 10-15 min walk to main beach area. Parking permit for the city is provided (if you are lucky to find a spot).
Bathroom has no ventilation, which makes it smelling of roasted humidity around bed area. Avoid sleeping with windows closed (even with AC) - the smell will make you crazy at some point. Sleeping with windows open is beatiful (when street is quiet).

Location and how well equipped, clean and comfortable everything was - and communication with my host was perfect and smooth as anything
There was a minor leak to the hot water boiler which meant it dripped slightly on to the loo

the location is perfect, right in the middle of town, quick access to the lake and restaurants. The town is absolutely charming and you’re surrounded by an independent artist and a bakery. Location is 10/10.
the apartment is very humid and we found it dirty. The air con/dehumidifier was off when we got in, which it would have helped with humidity and mosquitoes.
We had to go and buy a mosquitoes repellent which we then left in the property for the next guests.
we were there for a wedding so I also had to go buy a small iron, because it wasn’t provided.
for more than £100/night I was expecting more.
