The Design & Cleanliness: The parking is a new experience. The rooms are sleek, comfortable, and the housekeeping standard is Good.
Facilities: The rooftop/pool area has a great atmosphere and excellent views.
The Hotel Lobby: They need to think on how to make check in experience better & proper.
The signage: Some signage around the facilities to be standardize.
The smell: its smell of concret & not smell nice.

We were really happy with our stay. The rooms were designed nicely, very spacious and comfortable. The place was clean with good amenities and the balcony view was awesome. The location was great, we were able to walk to Suria Mall in 10 mins but the surrounding area had loads of fun things to offer such as Billion Onsen. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to fulfil all our requests. Honestly so glad we found this place!!

Stayed at Isola KLCC and had a great experience overall.
The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything around KLCC. The check-in process was smooth and easy.
One thing I really liked was the parking system — very smart and modern. It uses an automatic multi-level parking system where you leave your car in the car lift, and it parks the car for you automatically. When you need your car, the staff will retrieve it through the system. Very convenient and hassle-free.
The room was great, clean, and comfortable. It also had a balcony, which was a nice touch. The whole stay felt very cozy and homely.
The only minor downside was that the pillows were a bit too thick and high for my preference.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. very recommended. 5 stars feeling.

Clean . Staffs soo friendly and unique design
The bathroom hv some issues. The water was stagnant. We find out late so can’t inform the staffs.
