Um desperdício: ótima localização mas com péssimas condições do imovel.
O ponto forte é a localização, na barra da lagoa. Entretanto o acesso de carro fica prejudicado por ficar no fim de uma rua estreita com passagem que cabe apenas um veiculo. Os proprietarios foram atenciosos mas estão claramente iniciando nas rotinas e protocolos do Booking.
Proprietaria cobrou 200 reais de uma taxa extra de faxina que nao estava na descriçao do booking - estou pleiteando o reembolso usando as evidencias coletadas. Nao era fornecida toalhas. A casa estava muito suja quando chegamos, sacada com aranhas e teias enormes. Chuveiros dando choque e com fios elétricos expostos, o que é perigosíssimo. O quintal que dá acesso ao canal está pessimamente manutenido, e nao há divisao com os proprietarios que moram ao lado da casa - muito desconfortável isso pois eles acessam o quintal que alugamos a qualquer momento. Há apenas um quarto (quatro paredes e uma porta) equipado com ar condicionado split muito antigo e super barulhento (nao é inverter, que é mais silencioso) - o controle do ar nao é disponibilizado e fica configurado a 24 graus como padrão. As demais camas ficam em salas, sejam no térreo ou no 1o andar. Nesses demais cômodos a climatização é feita por dois ventiladores de mesa que nao dão conta em dias de calor. A disponibilidade de tomadas eletricas é quase inexistente, tanto interna e externamente, e sorte que eu tinha uma extensão comigo. A disposição de interruptores é ilógica - vc precisa ir na cozinha para acender a lâmpada da sala. Há varios pisos e azulejos quebrados tanto na garagem quanto na cozinha, e por algum motivo os cacos ainda permanecem lá. Resumindo, a experiência nao foi nada boa e embora os proprietários aparentemente sejam pessoas humildes, atenciosas e prestativas, e que sobretudo estão buscando uma nova forma de renda, eles claramente nao estão preparados para operar no booking.com. Aliás, o Booking.com precisa desenvolver mecanismos de vistoria antes de aceitar alguns imóveis. Há potencial mas nas condições de hoje nao recomendo.
