The hotel smells good. And CLEAN! They have their own in-house room fragrance which we bought 2 bottles! We love that the toilet seat was a heated one! Like in Japan. The shower head & the bidet was also practical. The water flow was GREAT! The view from our room faced the sea which was fantastic. And ours has a “mini pool”. It took a while to fill up but my son absolutely love it. It’s a walking distance to Pasar Kedai Payang & also night bazaar along the beach. The staff was fast & efficient in expediting my requests. The room itself has a steam iron but w/o iron board. There’s a shared ironing w/board & fridge at their common area at L1. They have an awesome restaurant - Jomo, just beside the hotel. The food was fantastic & staffs were efficient & friendly. There’s also Mixue just beside the hotel, too. So basically, Mixue & Jomo are just beside each other, beside the hotel entrance. There’s also a laundry spot within the hotel itself. Parking is right opposite the hotel. It’s RM2 per entry. Payment is via the QR code pasted on one of the poles.
The only downside - the tv channels. They don’t have the common basic channels - TV1, TV2 or TV3 and even Astro. They have YouTube and Netflix (which you have to use your own account).

Everything was accessible, rooms were very comfortable and clean for my family, toilet looked very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful for lots of things. Have water dispensers available and I really like that they provide good hair dryer and steam iron in the room.

Stanza molto grande e con bagno davvero enorme. Camera bella e moderna, doccia e "piscinetta" molto belle. Lavanderia nell'hotel super comoda, economica e performante. Sotto hotel buon ristorante. Posizione abbastanza buona. Staff molto gentile. Unica piccola pecca l'assenza di colazione.
