Location is very good and safe residential area. House is nicely decorated. We rented a car, so very easy in and out to the city. Everything in the house is new! We loved it so much, and booked the house after we came back from the Torres Del Paine park. The owner kept our big suitcases while we went to the park for 4 days. Also the husband even helped us to contact the rental car company since we left it in the airport as the rental car company instructed, but couldn’t get hold of them He called the rental car company for us! Since we don’t speak Spanish, this is so helpful! The owner family are so nice!

The property is very new! Everything is new! Heater works very well! We felt like a home right away! And booked 2nd stay after our Torres Del Paine trip. And the best of all the owner family are so nice! Very helpful! Saved our big luggage during our trekking in the mountains. Also after we left, even helped me to contact our rental car company as well. We’re so thankful! Thanks again for letting us stay their lovely home!
