The property is the home of the hosts and is located in a beautiful nature spot.
The room is simple but good.
The hosts are lovely and super welcoming! All the food is home cooked
Although the room is cheap and the value for money is clearly there, they charge the food (no many options around) at a quite high price.

Totalmente recomendado si quieres vivir una experiencia cercana y acogedora. Los dueños son una pareja joven que con sus manos están construyendo todo poco a poco, se nota todo el amor y esfuerzo que ponen. Son encantadores.
Nos recibieron con un té delicioso y una cena y desayuno exquisitos.
Nos sentimos como en casa en su salón con chimenea rodeados de naturalezas y animales.
Siempre con una sonrisa y pendientes en ayudarnos en todo.
Al irnos tuvieron el detalle de darme una ramo de flores frescas del jardín.

A Truly Special Stay,More Than Just a Place to Stay ❤️
We originally booked Ambewela Rangers Cottage for just two nights, but we ended up extending our stay for more than a week and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! 🥹❤️
Mafaz and his wife Ruhee are such warm, friendly, and genuinely kind people. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. What started as a simple stay slowly turned into feeling like we were staying with family and good friends. The villa is cozy, peaceful, and has that special homely feeling that makes you want to stay longer.And the food… absolutely delicious! 🍲❤️ Everything they prepared for us was so tasty and made with so much care. We truly enjoyed every meal.
The location is also fantastic. It’s very convenient for visiting the Ambewela Farm, Highland Farm, Horton Plains, and the nearby train station. They can also help arrange hiking tours and other experiences. We were even lucky enough to enjoy a lovely boat ride with them, which became one of our favourite memories from the trip. 🥰
What made our stay truly unforgettable, though, was the kindness and hospitality of Mafaz and Ruhee. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time, and by the end of our stay, they genuinely felt like family friends rather than just our hosts.
Thank you so much, Mafaz and Ruhee, for making our time in Ambewela so special. ❤️ We came for two nights and left with beautiful memories, full hearts, and new friends. We will definitely come back again!

Freundliche Besitzer, ich wurde am Bahnhof abgeholt, da es schon Nacht war.
Nachtessen im Haus.
