Clean and modern. Very comfortable bed.. quiet
Nobody at front desk after hours or Saturday morning. My toilet wouldn’t stop flushing and was unable to get assistance. I just cut the water off.

The accommodation was modern and fully equipped.
The accommodation was disappointing from the very beginning. During check-in, I was told that if I paid by card, I would have to pay an additional 5% fee. Because of that, I went to withdraw cash from an ATM. The next day, I was welcomed at the reception with the information that they would give me a 5% discount instead. However, later they refused to give me the discount because I did not have the specific button available in the booking app.
My room was facing another building with only about one meter of space between them, so the room was very dark and I constantly had to keep the lights on. There were around 10 air conditioning units right outside the window, which created a lot of noise, and I had to sleep with earplugs every night. The air conditioning inside the room was also positioned badly, blowing directly onto my head while lying in bed.
On the first day, the receptionist told me that housekeeping would come every 2–3 days to clean the room and refill bottled water. After five days without anyone showing up, I had to go to the reception myself to ask for toilet paper and water. Another receptionist promised to arrange cleaning for the same day, but during my entire 10-day stay, nobody ever came. There was no room cleaning, no water refill, and no garbage removal at all.
