Amazing new property, everything worked and was so clean. Bed was most comfortable we have used in 4 weeks across Sri Lanka. Breakfast was great with a choice of western or Sri Lankan. Location is great for centre of town and short walk to beach or tuk tuk to the many food options behind beach. A real gem of a place for the money. (great sunrise view from top of roof if you get up early!)

Neo Guest House exceeded all our expectations. The building and rooms are brand new, fresh, and spotlessly clean. Our room was fantastic, spacious, featuring a large private balcony and a nice bathroom with hot water.
The family running the guest house are lovely, incredibly hospitable, and accommodating. The breakfast was a highlight; it was plentiful, delicious, and changed every day, offering great value.
Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated in the center of Tangalle. It’s only a few minutes from the city beach and tucked away in a very calm area, so you are close to everything but secluded enough to enjoy total peace and quiet. The price we paid was unbeatable for this level of quality. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Tangalle. Strongly recommended and wishing them the best of luck with future bookings!
