Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would rate the apartment 8 out of 10. It offers very good value for money.
The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. I especially appreciated the large and very comfortable bed — I was able to sleep and rest really well. The area is also quiet, which makes it a great place to relax after a busy day.
The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable short stay, including a kitchen, microwave, kettle, and a large modern TV. The location is another big advantage, especially for anyone visiting Dubai World Trade Centre, which is within walking distance.
A special thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and for allowing me to check in early. I really appreciated their flexibility.
The only minor downside is that the building and some of the furniture are a little dated. There are some visible signs of wear on the doors and wardrobes, and a few elements could benefit from renovation or replacement. However, for a short stay, this was not a major issue at all.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience: clean and spacious accommodation, a comfortable bed, a quiet location, and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it, particularly for a short stay in Dubai or for anyone who needs to be close to Dubai World Trade Centre.

كلمتهم عن الحمام ومتاخرين بالرد وبالاخير ماسوا اي شي
the worst are the drainage of shower are blokced in both toilets i ask him to fix it but ignored me! you cant take a shower & one was to cold water
متاخرين بالرد والتعامل سيء من المسوؤل
بالوعه الشور مسدوده ماتقدر تسبح الماي بارد يطلع برا الحمام وطلبت منه اصلاحه وتجاهلني
