Such a quiet, clean comfortable place. Great place for your first night in Sri Lanka. Walk down to the beach in the morning to watch the fisherman coming back in. The breakfast was amazing and Madusanka and his family made us very welcome. He also organised a great driver to pick us up from the airport and take us on to Sigiriya.
Everything was great and excellent value.

The location is great, close to beach and restaurants (both more touristic and more local ones). Room was as described, host family very friendly. Arranged pickup from airport and all smooth and is not very far ). Could even pay by credit card — and their Sri Lankan breakfast is plenty and very good.
Liked it all — facilities are good and clean but bathroom is functional as in pictures rather than super modern. No problem for us but some people Light midline.
Also: say on booking that you take card payment! It’s important for many travellers.
