Location! It’s a beachfront resort in the best area of San Juan beach. Many local restaurants and eateries nearby to choose from. Also near a 7-11.
The view of the sunset was very beautiful.
The late night entertainment was loud till wee hours of the night making it difficult to sleep.

The location was great, the owner is very kind and the staffs are very friendly. I was just disappointed with the room, it is different from the photo in Booking.com. When we checked in, we were not on the list, although i booked 20 days earlier and fully paid. Maybe the reason they gave us a very small room with no window, just beside the kitchen. It looks old and the sheets were old. I wanted to get mad but the owner made some adjustments to make up for it. Well, since the owner is very polite, what can I say but OK. I give credits to the location.. it's perfect.
The room that they offered to me is different from what I booked.
