Kuya caretaker is very hospitable

The AC is cold
-In the bedroom: Doorknobs detached from the door
-In the common comfort room: Doorknob don’t work well. There were instances where we locked the door from the inside, but apparently still gets open from the outside
-There was no distinction from the main road where the place is. And people like tricycle drivers are not very familiar where is it. Should put up a sign along the road.

The pleasant patio area. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I must admit that the girls who work in this resort are very kind and ready to help.
Their English is very good, which made it easier to solve every subject you might during the stay at the resort.
The place is close to the airport and the beach, which is why I chose it.
A very nice resort from outside surrounded by walls that provide security while literally 1 meter in front of the door
is the Philippine reality - misery and poverty - not nice to see ...
There is a nicely arranged yard and terrace for sitting, even a pool should be in function soon ( date 31.04.2026 )
BUT - the pool is right behind the bedrooms, 2 meters from the bedroom window -IF the children are frolicking in it you won't have any peace during that time.
Even if the drunk guests get into the pool and talk as quietly as possible - everyone will hear it- stress is programmed
All rooms share a bathroom and a toilet.
Terace is nice and provides great pleace to relax if you do not want to go out of the resort.
The cleanliness could be better, huge dust marks and spider webs were all around the window on the door frame.
The AC was so loud - it was impossible to sleep.
If you return to the resort at night time, there is no lighting on the street.
This leaves an unpleasant impression because you never know if someone will attack you from the bushes.
As a man, it was not very pleasant for me to return to the resort at night time.
The street in front of the entrance to the resort is not paved, everything is macadam full of holes,
so it is difficult to reach the resort with a suitcase.
For this reason, you have to count on dust everywhere on that part of the road.
When you leave - the resort gives you the opportunity to drop you to the first paved part of the street.
