The newest Tower in Avida Riala (Tower 5).
Everything is fresh and new, and not so many people are living in this tower yet, compared to the older towers (like tower 1 and 2 especially).
Elevators are bigger than the other towers and without much traffic to get up and down between the floors.
Very good and accommodating host/owner.
Good view out the window.
We had everything we needed of amenities.
Very nice park area and pool area that we really loved.
Very close to MerryMart Grocery Store and Chill Laundry Lounge (and everything else for that matter :)
The room is fresh and new and we would definitely come back next time we are in the area :)
