Fab location ,literally next to the beach,beach shack great ,lovely bungalow ,everything you need,great 7 night stay,such a lovely relaxing stay,owner was very helpful with any enquiries i made , will deffo come back ,really didnt want to leave

The location is brilliant, so close to the sea, there's plenty of space and the decor is perfect for the seaside. The owner is really friendly and helpful.
Paying for the parking was £40 for 2 weeks, not the worst but a shame there's no reserved spaces for the bungalows.

The location near the sea is wonderful and the facilities of Ocean Blue are pleasant, the colour scheme inside and pictures are pretty and kitchen facilities are adequate (a couple of wine/prosecco glasses would be useful) great to have a washing machine.
The beds were fresh and clean and comfortable , also a lovely welcome touch of coffee, prosecco and chocolates on arrival - thank you.
Sadly though Ocean Blue needs a deep clean. The bathroom, kitchen and living areas all required attention and myself and my partner spent the first 2 hours dusting, sweeping, bleaching the chalet also cleaning the fridge etc to make it acceptable for us to feel comfortable to stay ( the windows were also dirty in the lounge and the sofa’s needs a good clean)
We also swept outside; the floor tiles on the patio area are unsafe. and one gave way as I stepped on it and I’m a petite woman!
No information pack was provided so be prepared to google instructions on how cooker works, then where to find shower heater, wi fi and tv set up, where to find cleaning products, local amenities and walks and local transport. Not a major inconvenience but would be helpful to other guests to have to hand.
The holiday park itself is really tired and run down in parts and seriously needs some TLC.
Be prepared for the view from the front of the property- keep your eyes on the sea view to the right rather than properties opposite!!
For us it was a base and handy to visit fishing villages and coves in Cornwall and a good location for walking the SW Coastal Path - we were so blessed with good weather during our stay.
