The property was amazing and clean and very close to the beach. We stayed for 4 days and it was a very comfortable stay. The highlight is the most supportive and kind hearted staff, they made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff helped us with taxi contacts and even packed breakfast for us as we were leaving very early in the morning. The breakfast was amazing both the served ones and the packed ones. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again. Kudos to the amazing team.

The Location was very nice. Easily accessible and close to the beach. The size of the property is small so it was a very personalised service providing venue. The staff were very friendly attentive and knowledgeable. They even helped us by heating up milk in the middle of the night even though the kitchen was closed. Specially Gracey provided whatever we asked for and always with a smile.
I guess due to unavailability of the cooking gas the food delivery took about 45 minutes. I advise order a little early but the food was very Tasty.

This is the cutest and such a quiet beach property with limited guests so you are not bombarded with people.
The food is decent, but the Drinks are great expecially URRAK.
The property is just 3 mins away from Anjuna beach and all major attractions but also is in a quiet area for your relaxed stay. The staff is very helpful & co-ordinating.
10/10 would stay here next time.
the pool especially is the best as it is cleaned and checked daily for alkaline which really made the pool time safe & convenient.
the roof top is perfect for watching sunset as it overlooks Anjuna beach.

Clean
Lack of facilities around the pool, no sunbeds or room for sunbeds, breakfast very disappointing choice, no fruit juice you had to pay extra! Eggs sandwich melon that’s about it.
