Die Lage war sehr gut und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war die Wohnung auch passend. Längere Aufenthalte zum Beispiel für Schiurlaub würde ich dort nicht machen.
Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung, aufgrund des Umgangs des Vermieters würde ich sie jedoch nicht weiterempfehlen. Nach unserem Aufenthalt wurden wir mit mehreren nachträglichen Vorwürfen und Forderungen konfrontiert. Einen tatsächlich von uns verursachten kleinen Schaden an der Wand haben wir sofort eingeräumt und die Abwicklung über unsere Haftpflichtversicherung angeboten. Auch dass wir unseren Hund nicht extra angemeldet hatten, obwohl Hunde in der Unterkunft erlaubt sind, haben wir sofort zugegeben und einen zusätzlichen Betrag für die Reinigung angeboten. Trotz unserer kooperativen Reaktion kamen anschließend weitere Nachrichten und Vorwürfe, unter anderem wegen unserer 10 Monate alten Tochter, obwohl wir sie beim Check-in angegeben hatten. Die gesamte Kommunikation empfanden wir als unangenehm, unverhältnismäßig und wenig gastfreundlich. Schade, denn unabhängig davon wäre unser Eindruck von der Unterkunft grundsätzlich positiv gewesen. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrung mit dem Vermieter würden wir hier jedoch nicht noch einmal buchen.
