Location is excellent, everything on the door step.
Apartment spacious enough, good array of pots,pans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Biggest dislike was no parking (I knew this before I booked), paid £20 p/day 5 min walk away, but a faff unloading/loading carry from car park as cannot get the car near to apartment to do this.
Observations :
Alleyway to get to entrance is shared with restaurant so has bins and can hear bottles etc. being emptied though to late. It's fine though one got used to.
Room with double bed is small and a little springy.
No hoover/sweeping brush etc.

La ubicación genial, el apartamento bonito y práctico, pero la entrada de la calle deja bastante que desear. El amfitrión respondió muy rapido a mis preguntas y fue muy colaborativo y amable en todo momento y con todo.
Nos llevamos un buen recuerdo de la estancia.
La entrada del callejón, con las basuras de los restaurantes de al lado, eso no gustó demasiado. Las camas no muy cómodas, deberian cambiar el colchón.

Location is amazing. Price was good. Good-sized house. They had fans (it was hot; they were very helpful). They had a dishwasher. Communication was easy and efficient. It was clean. I broke a glass of water, and they were very gracious about it. Good shades so it´s not too bright in the morning. They didn´t have a never-ending list of things to do at checkout. The only requirement was to put the keys back in the box.
The rubbish bins are right at the building entrance, and they can get smelly. So as long as you don´t open windows, you´ll be fine.

Great location in the middle of Bath .
Renovated property and clean kitchen .
Nicely devorated.
Bathrooms werent cleaned properly and several hairs in the double bed . ( told them - sad they would investigate) We were 4 guests staying for 2 days for my daughters Uni graduation. There was only 1 towel on the double bed so I contacted them to say not enough towels . What ensued was unprofessional , they said check everywhere , we did, then they said they we are investigating, then said housekeeping said they left 4 towels ( they did not ) . Also sent us an OLD inaccurate photo showing towels .At this point It was concerning as they hold a £250 deposit . Their customer service does not instill confidence.
On our last evening after 20.00 ,we finally got a message from a senior member of staff that apologies and sais that if we buy a towel they will reinburse us also accwnoleding the photo mistake. As we were checking out the next morning this was not a good option.
Very poor customer service . Very stressful -over a towel that should have just been offered straight away . We took a video showing the whole place in good and tidy order before we left as were concerened .
