The bed was wonderfully comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the River. The staff was very helpful and nice.
THere should be instructions in the room on how to use the phone to call the first desk, so we don't have to walk down for each question. INclude in those instructions how to use the WIFI.

Beds were comfy, staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Fresh biscuits are rare and appreciated.
Our room smelled. Badly. Chemical smell. Couldn't figure out what it was immediately but we finally came to the conclusion it might be bug spray. The window wouldn't open, so we were unable to air it out.
