Location, safety
The window does not fully close, there are some gaps in between, it was very cold.
Also the sheets and towels were not very clean, I think they were washed (I hope) but I found hair and those dirty pieces from a washing machine that hasn’t being clean for a long time. So this was very bad about it sadly.

Realmente é muito bem localizado, limpo e o pessoal do suporte resolve os problemas rapidamente. Academia OK, lavanderia muito boa (terceirizada, suporte também ótimo).
O problema é o quarto em si, que tem alguns detalhes que incomodam: um armário que, na verdade, esconde um duto de ar condicionado; a TV no meu quarto (1309) não era alinhada com a cama e não tinha suporte mudar o ângulo; não trocam jogo de cama ou toalhas (mas isso é comum para este tipo de serviço); e o registro do chuveiro saia na minha mão.
O pior, na verdade, eram as janelas. Em uma delas, o vidro não fechava completamente, deixando uma fresta de um dedo de espessura que deixava o vento entrar, mesmo fechando a cortininha que tinha.
