Car park beside house for a few cars Getting in door once we read the sign Amount of beds. Condiments. Washing machine and dryer. Two bath rooms was helpful it was in a quiet area extra heater was good but could have had one more bath everything you needed for cooking was there well equips.
Could have had one more heater. Didnt like single mattress under bed but we just moved it could have hande rails in shower and toilets there was a leak under sink two 5eatowels where there drenched so we washed them and put a frying pan there. Cigarette buts on ground out the back. Need to put an ash tray or sweep them up between people.

Great little property close to all amenities. Fantastic price point for our needs. The staff were very quick to respond to all issues.
There was no free to air tv. The blind in the bathroom was not secured & fell down. The kitchen blind was very dirty.
It is NOT in Wendouree. Wendouree is NORTH of Sturt St. It is in Newington, south of Sturt St & closer to Victoria Park.
