Well equipped unit
The bedrooms were hot, I can imagine they would not be uncomfortable in summer. Need aircon.

Great location.
Extremely small & difficult car park , especially for larger vehicles. Had to leave my vehicle outside .
Unless you wanted to access the unit via the garage to use the lift , you had to walk up 18 steps.

Good location with secure car parking. Nice apartment with everything as needed. Great little deck. Good view.
Close to shops/ businesses.
Closeness to shops/ businesses ment lots of nighttime noise, especially from the pub/ live music - it did stop around 10pm.
Traffic noise through the night and in the morning.
Be careful of sharp edges on the floor with slight floor level variations - ouch!
