We had a great family stay at Aurea! The host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was super responsive throughout our trip. The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable, and offers fantastic value for money. The location is ideal, it's walking distance to the beach, close to bus stations and transport to central Rome (you need to walk a bit more here and have energy) , and surrounded by great local restaurants. Most places are easily reachable on foot. Highly recommended!

Appartamento ristrutturato in buone condizioni generali. Camera da letto ampia con un grande armadio e TV, ma è l'unica camera che presenta un condizionatore funzionante. La cucina è nuova con frigorifero grande e freezer, dotata del minimo indispensabile in termini di accessori (posate, pentole con coperchi, piatti e bicchieri, scolapasta e 1 insalatiera di plastica) c'è comunque la macchinetta del caffè della Lavazza). Il bagno è comodo e presenta una doccia standard. Il soggiorno offre una grande TV e la connessione wi-fi. Hanno fornito i set completi di asciugamano.
Il grande problema è stato che l'appartamento viene descritto come climatizzato ma in realtà l'unica stanza che ha un condizionatore funzionante è la camera da letto. Nella zona centrale ove è presente la cucina non c'è condizionatore mentre nel soggiorno, dove è presente il divano letto, il condizionatore non è funzionante. La proprietaria si è giustificata dicendo che era stato un guasto improvviso, ma abbiamo trovato recensioni di tre mesi prima che già ne lamentavano il mancato funzionamento, Non è accettabile che l'appartamento venga descritto come interamente climatizzato e poi in realtà presenta un solo condizionatore funzionante in 60 mq. Chiaramente ho fatto le mie rimostranze ed il risultato è stato che la proprietaria mi ha restituito il solo corrispettivo della tassa di soggiorno (72 euro a fronte di 467 euro pagate in totale per 4 notti) a titolo di risarcimento, ma il disaggio di soggiornare e dormire in quella camera è rimasto... e con 30 gradi fissi sul termostato è stato veramente insopportabile.
Il bidet non è fissato al muro quindi è traballante.
Il soffione della doccia è tutto incrostato e schizza acqua da tutte le parti.
