The aircon was not working, when the issue was raised the host was very rude. They use a solar geyser, will depends on the weather to heat water, when complaining about the water being cold they said we did not listen to instructions on how to turn it on, what they did not know is amongst us, there was an engineer who specialized with renewable energy.
We had to cancel after 2 nights as showering with cold water in extreme cold situations is unacceptable. They were contacted on where to leave the key and we later met them at an event were we told them were to get the key which they never did.
