Me gustó mucho el servicio de los empleados y las instalaciones es súper grande el hotel, las fotos no le hacen justicia está mucho mejor
Que el nombre en booking no es el mismo entonces se confunden los conductores al llegar

Near to the place that i need to go
The place is good my room didn’t have ac and the weather is too hot. Not a mini refrigerator to keep our food or snacks ok

The staff was nice and the room was cleaned every day. Also, the room was spacious, the beds were really comfortable and it had airconditioning which it helped a lot because Pereira was hot these days. The bathroom had two showers which was quite handy.
I liked the environment, it felt always safe, I stayed with my daughter, and we never felt unease.
I liked a lot the hotel, but there are some things to point out:
- I was offered breakfast through Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was told the kitchen was damaged. I asked for a refund or an alternative, but nothing was granted. Only on the very last day we were offered to eat at the restaurant next door.
- Also, the room could benefit from lamps on the bedside tables and a small fridge to keep drinks.
- There is a construction site next to the rooms (the hotel is expanding its building), and it's quite noisy.
- the location is great, but unless you have your own car, it's a bit challenging to find a Taxi or Uber to bring to somewhere.
