Everything about the apartment was likeable, we really enjoyed our stay, a perfect location very quiet environment, the owner was so kind, we really had fun and will definitely book again when ever I’m on vacation to Paris, definitely recommend it❤️

We stayed for four nights as a family of five, and it was absolutely worth every penny. The value for money is truly 10/10. The property offers almost everything you might need, including many amenities that were not mentioned in the listing, such as a coffee machine, electric kettle, full kitchenware, oven, and microwave. Bathroom essentials were also provided, including shampoo and other toiletries, a loofah, and clean towels. In addition, there were useful household supplies like laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and more. There were even some food items and several delicious small cakes waiting for us. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and peaceful. The location is exactly as described. As is clear from the location, it is not close to central Paris. However, if you are comfortable with that, I believe this is an excellent option. Since we were traveling by car, it worked well for us. Parking is on the street in the neighborhood. During our four-night stay, I never had any issues finding a parking spot. The accommodation is actually a fully separate unit of a villa with its own private entrance. It also has a large terrace with a big sun umbrella, which provides a lovely space for a family breakfast or dinner. For the damage guarantee, I received a payment link, which was not mentioned in the property policy and initially surprised me. After verifying the authenticity of the link, I proceeded with the payment. However, it would have been better if the process had followed the Booking.com policy of handling the security deposit in cash. Highly recommended.

Le quartier résidentiel calme. Le logement ne dispose pas de parking privé mais c'était facile d'en trouver gratuit près du logement.
Une petite terrasse sympas.
La cuisine n'était pas très propre contrairement au reste de l'appartement. Peu de choses comme ustensiles. Le rangement dans le placard de cuisine à améliorer.
La procédure "Chill &Go" avec une caution 250€. Il fallait faire un check-in en ligne via Chill &Go pour lequel il fallait télécharger la carte d'identité et il fallait se prendre en photo via applis. Pour la caution de 250€, paiement par carte avant l'arrivée et non par chèque ou enregistrement du numéro de carte en.cas de dégat. On doit avancer 250€ et le remboursement se fait au bout de 3 jours après le départ.
250€ n'est pas une sommes négligeable mais le propriétaire la retient longtemps. De quel droit ?

Il n’y avait pas de savon dans la salle de bain pour les mains, il n’y avait pas de tasse de thé ni de cuillère à café (1 seul, pour la famille?) et le couteau. Il y a machine à laver mais il y a pas de lessive
Ça serait bien que vous ajoutiez ce qu’il manque
