Very spacious & large. Great for a family to each have their own space.
It needs maintenance. Paying a premium & it's not been maintained in a few ways -
The decking is all very old and weathered, sliding doors (due to sea air I am guessing) are almost unusable -
They need to be assessed by a locksmith it is so so hard to lock both sliding doors only my husband could do it. No internet for the first day and a bit, only rectified after house mgmt visited and got the NBN box reset that was locked away in the garage - away from the router in the laundry. Poor planning there resulting in a frustrating 24 hours of no tvs working upstairs or house internet. main bbq doesn't work & is in a terrible state - multiple tins (20+) of decking paint (that they clearly don't use) is stored precariously under the bbq - no note around the bbq not working only a stern note advising if bbq isn't cleaned guests WILL be charged. It was filthy to be begin with. We found a Webber was provided around the corner in front of the pool (guessing this is due to main bbq not working?! No info on either provided) however it had cockroaches on it. No thanks!! Our bbq dinner was ruined that night (we had large tomahawk steaks that didn't fit on a frying pan). Tennis court had a corner that was overrun with possum poo the outdoor chairs there in that spot had never seen a cleaning cloth by the looks of them. House Towels provided are all very thin motel style. Had to bring own pool towels.
