This is a great hostel in Rotorua. The staff are so friendly and showed us round on arrival. They have recently renovated the place and continue to put money into it and it shows. Everything was super clean and the heater in the room was excellent. Great value stay. Thanks :)

pro's: everything was very clean and staff were very friendly. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is good.
Cons: my room (and other rooms will be different) was tiny... advertised as 12m2, it was 1.5 x 4 m, who knows how they got a bunk bed in. The window was difficult to open and close and the rubbish bins and bags were right below it.
My room was super noisy as it was right by reception and staff talked loudly to each other until 11pm for 2 nights of the three.
